• Contract Services (e.g. Interpreter, Photographer, etc.)
• Use of GHTASC Conference Rooms
• Office Supplies
• Publishing Fees (for journal articles, as directed by USAID)
• Other

For logistic services, please select “Submit a Request” to the left of your screen and answer the questions to the best of your ability.

Please note that completing the form does not commit you to the activity, and is just the first step in exploring your needs. The form is used for gathering background and for initial planning and approval purposes. Once your needs have been assessed, you will receive confirmation and a description of next steps.
